Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Co. is looking to raise about $4 million through an initial public offering, The Wall Street Journal reports. Goldman Sachs, HSBC Holdings and J.P. Morgan will be managing the planned deal.
The offering represents 15 percent to 20 percent of the jewellery company’s total share capital, adds Reuters. The retailer aims to list the shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
