Grosvenor Capital Management has appointed Andre du Plessis as a director of GCM U.K. and GCM U.K. 2, Financial News reports. Previously, he was a director and head of the emerging markets division at HSBC Investment Bank in London. Formerly, he has also worked with NatWest Markets, Coronation Fund Managers, Watson Wyatt, Towers Watson and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. U.S. hedge fund manager Grosvenor had $24.5 billion of assets under management at the end of February.
