Close Asset Management’s investment chief, Adrian Swales, has stepped down from his role, Financial News reports. The former investment consultant’s departure will not be formalized until April 17, 2011. A successor has not yet been appointed. Swales joined Close Asset Management in 2007, when its ex-CEO Rufus Warner, acquired his Aon Asset group, a fund management business spun out of Aon Consulting.
