Sue Woodman, legal counsel at Alchemy Partners, is joining Barclays Private Equity (Barclays PE), Financial News reports. Woodman will take over the new role at the firm in September.
Woodman was chair of the legal and technical committee at the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association till September 2010. Separately, Barclays PE will rebrand as Equistone Partners Europe once it is spun out from the bank.
