Dune Real Estate Partners and Santa Monica-based Ocean West Capital Partners have acquired the 2600 Michelson in California. The closely held property investors purchased the property for $70 million.
The property currently has a 52% occupancy rate. The building, previously owned by MPG Office Trust, the Los Angeles-based landlord formerly known as Maguire Properties, had been under receivership for a year and a half, adds Bloomberg.
