APG Asset Management has appointed Claudia Kruse as head of its corporate governance team, Pensions & Investments reports. She will be replacing Paul Frentrop, who left the pension asset manager in 2010 to launch an independent consultancy focusing on corporate governance.
Based in Amsterdam, Kruse will report to head of sustainability and governance, Rob Lake. Previously, Kruse was senior sustainability and governance specialist at the €266 billion asset manager.
