Henderson Global Investors is seeking to raise additional capital for the Henderson Diversified Income fund through a C share sale, What Investment reports. The fund has surpassed its targets leading the trust to a considerable premium.
It was originally set up as a £40 million fund in July 2007 and has also previously raised £40 million. John Pattullo and Jenna Barnard are managers of the closed-ended fund.
