CloudShare has closed a $10 million venture capital funding round. The investment round was led by Globespan Capital Partners, while existing investors Sequoia capital, Charles River Ventures and Gemini Israel Funds also participated.
Dave Fachetti, a managing director at Globespan Capital Partners has become a part of CloudShare’s board of directors. The cloud computing provider intends to use the proceeds to boost its sales and marketing presence.
