Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) is planning to rename its U.K. Special Situations fund, Investment Week reports. The fund, which is a sub-fund of Royal London Equity funds, will be renamed as the U.K Opportunities fund from Jan. 21.
The move is being made to better reflect the vehicle’s investment process. There will be no change to the way the fund is being managed. The fund employs a concentrated ‘best ideas’ portfolio of 30-40 holdings, selected from across the market cap spectrum.
