U.K. private equity firm, Terra Firma, is seeking to sell £475 million worth of notes, Financial Times reports. The firm intends to use the proceeds to refinance cinema portfolio company Odeon & UCI and fund acquisitions.
The refinancing includes a provision allowing the bonds to be transferred to a new owner within the first six months if no additional debt has been put into the company. The firm is also seeking to place a six year loan.
