Archer Capital has acquired Australian fast food operator Quick Service Restaurant Holdings.

Archer Capital has acquired Australian fast food operator Quick Service Restaurant Holdings, Reuters reports. The private equity firm paid a total of $474 million for the transaction.

Australian private equity investment provider Seller Quadrant Private Equity is the seller of the food chain. Archer will own 90% of Quick Service Restaurant, while the current management will hold 10%, adds The Australian.
