Old Mutual Asset Managers (Omam) is seeking to roll out the Ucits-structured Old Mutual U.K. Opportunities Fund in the fourth quarter of 2011, Financial Times reports. The Dublin-based long/short fund will be domiciled in Ireland and managed by Simon Murphy, head of Omam’s U.K. large-cap team. The fund will aim to deliver returns over three to five years by investing across the market-cap spectrum via combination of top-down market views and bottom-up analysis. The new product will have a minimum investment of £1,000, an annual management charge of 1.5 percent and a performance fee of 15 percent.
