Intermolecular is issuing shares worth $200 million in an IPO, Reuters reports. The California-based company, which develops proprietary technology and intellectual property, has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the same.
The California based company will utilize the proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Securities and Barclays Capital will be the underwriters of the IPO.
