Kathleen Casey, a commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, is leaving the agency after completing her term, Financial Times reports. Daniel Gallagher, a Republican and former SEC staffer and private sector attorney, has been nominated by the government to succeed Casey.
