Union Bank has appointed Catherine Kulkin as risk executive in the business banking division. Based in Irvine, California, she will report to executive vice president and head of business banking Todd Hollander.
In her new role, Kulkin will handle all aspects of business banking risk. Before joining Union Bank, she was with Citigroup as managing director and head of global commercial risk management.
