First Republic Bank has appointed David Siebenlist as senior relationship manager in San Francisco. Siebenlist will cater to individuals, families, businesses and foundations and offer banking, investment management, trust, brokerage and real estate lending services. Most recently, he was working at Bank of America in its global wealth and investment management division. Siebenlist has previously also worked with Wells Fargo in the San Francisco Private Banking Group and with Citigroup in New York City and San Francisco.
