New England Pension Consultants (NEPC), an investment consulting firm, has appointed David Barnes as its first senior consultant, Pensions & Investments reports. Based in Atlanta, he deals with public pension fund clients.
Previously, Barnes has served at Hewitt EnnisKnupp. He was a senior consultant in the firm’s global manager investment group.
