San Diego County Employees’ Retirement Association (SDCERA) acting CIO, Lisa Needle, is stepping down from her role, Pensions & Investments reports. Needle is expected join one of the association’s consultants, Albourne Partners.

Her work for Albourne will be for other clients, not for SDCERA. Needle, who is assistant CIO, has been acting CIO since David Deutsch left the system in March 2009.
