Rontec Investments will acquire the retail and fuel distribution operations of Total in the U.K. The retail assets being acquired by Rontec represent 8% of the U.K. retail fuel network. After the completion of the deal, the acquired sites will be operated by Snax 24, a group of Rontec. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
