Clarion Partners has bought an industrial property portfolio from San Francisco-based Prologis for $118 million, GlobeSt reports. The portfolio consists of 13 distribution properties across nine markets in seven states, including Columbus, Ohio, Dallas, Indianapolis, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Tracy, California.
The multi-tenant buildings are currently 91.3% leased. CB Richard Ellis advised on the transaction.
