Saint-Gobain has re-appointed Mercer for its U.K. defined benefit (DB) pension scheme, Professional Pensions reports. The pension scheme administrator will provide to provide third-party administration services for the £2.2 billion plan.
The building materials manufacturer has expanded the outsourcing contract with Mercer for the next seven years. The consultant will administer the pensions of more than 45,000 members of the Saint-Gobain’s final salary scheme.
