Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) has ended a mandate managed by Turner Investment Partners, Pensions & Investments reports. Turner Investment handled $157 million in an active domestic large-cap growth equities mandate for the $6.6 billion system. The board has cited performance reasons for the termination of the mandate. The system will transfer the assets to a Russell 1000 Growth index fund managed by its current index manager, BlackRock.
