Cypress Equities has secured $187 million in financing for three retail assets in the U.S., Business Journal reports. The Dallas-based company, along with partner Carlyle Group, secured a $98 million loan through GE Capital Real Estate for a mixed-use complex in Fort Worth.
Plantation Point Development received a $51.2 million loan from CIBC for a shopping center in Raleigh, North Carolina. JTL Rock Hill secured a $38.1 million loan from the Bank of the Ozarks for a shopping center in South Carolina.
