Hony Capital Puts $100M In Yaohua Glass

Hony Capital has committed $100 million to Chinese glass maker Yaohua Glass Group.

Hony Capital has committed $100 million to Chinese glass maker Yaohua Glass Group, The Wall Street Journal reports. The capital investment gives the private equity firm a 60% stake in Yaohua Glass. The state asset supervision and administration commission of Qinhuangdao city in Shandong Province holds a 30% stake in the company. International Finance Corporation, the private sector investment arm of World Bank, holds the remaining 10%.
