Interxion is offering 20.4 million shares of its stock at a price between $11 and $13 a share, The Wall Street Journal reports. The company raised its offer from a previous plan to sell 18.6 million shares. The Dutch data centre operator is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange from January 28, adds Business Wire. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, Barclays Capital, Jefferies, Credit Suisse, RBC Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray, Oppenheimer, Evercore Partners, Guggenheim Securities and ABN Amro acted as underwriters of the offering.
