Invesco Real Estate is seeking to raise about $1.05 billion for two funds to invest in real estate, Business Journal reports. The funds will be raised under the Invesco Real Estate Debt Fund III.
The $750 million and $300 million funds will require a minimum investment from outside investors of $10 million and $20 million, respectively. The fund’s investors include the San Bernardino County Employees’ Retirement Association, which has committed around $30 million, adds Commercial Real Estate Direct.
