Zillow has appointed Citigroup to manage its initial public offering (IPO), Bloomberg reports. The U.S. online real-estate information service provider has not disclosed the exact timing for the public offering.
The Seattle-based company was valued at around $400 million in 2007, after a financing of $30 million. Legg Mason Capital Management, Benchmark Capital, Technology Crossover Ventures and PAR Capital Management are Zillow’s investors.
