The Charlottesville (Va) City Retirement System is looking for a new core real estate manager, Pensions & Investments reports. The $85 million system has also issued a request for proposal (RFP) for the same and will accept applications latest by August 1.
The new head will be responsible for running $5 million of the Virginia City-based system. On the searching process, Dahab Associates is acting as the consultant to the system.
