Debt advisory firm Brookland Partners has been hired by lenders to the Citypoint Tower in the City of London to advise on a debt restructuring, Property Week reports. Morgan Stanley Mortgage Servicing has appointed the adviser for £535 million of debt secured against the building.
The property is owned by U.S. private equity firm Beacon Capital Partners, which has hired advisers AgFe and PricewaterhouseCoopers to search for a restructuring solution. Beacon has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis to rent out recently vacated space, formerly occupied by Australian bank Macquarie.
