Vimetco group is seeking to sell a 21% stake in its Romanian unit, Alro Slatina, Romania-Insider reports. The aluminum producer is seeking to raise around €139.8 million from the secondary public offer.
UniCredit Bank, UniCredit CA IB Securities Romania, Raiffeisen Capital & Investment and ING Bank have been appointed to manage the sale. Vimetco owns 84% of Alro, while Fondul Proprietatea has a 10% share and Conef has a 3.5% stake.
