Oxford Acquires Green Park For £400M

Oxford Properties has acquired Green Park, a business park in Reading, from Prudential Property Investment Managers for around £400 million.

Oxford Properties has acquired Green Park, a business park in Reading, from Prudential Property Investment Managers (Prupim) for around £400 million, Property Week reports. The property is rented out to companies such as Cisco Systems, Symantec Corp. and Quintiles.

The acquisition is in line with Oxford’s European strategy of purchasing large scale high quality assets and actively managing them for long term value creation. Real estate services firms DTZ and CB Richard Ellis advised Oxford and Prupim respectively.
