Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board has approved the issuing of RFPs for consulting services and a risk management system, Pensions & Investments reports. The fund will issue a RFP for asset allocation consulting services on February 7, responses for which will be due by March 3. The $48.3 billion system fund will also issue an RFP to search for a consultant to advise the fund on developing and implementing a pilot direct hedge fund program. The board also seeks to issue a RFP for a risk-management system, with responses due on March 4.
