Barclays Corporate, a provider of integrated banking solutions, has named Ray Zabarte as global head of trade and working capital product management and Adrian Ow as head of risk weighted asset (RWA) optimization, trade and working capital. Zabarte will manage product development and product management activities across working capital operations.
Ow will head a team to optimize RWA across trade and working capital products, evaluating the impacts of new business initiatives and coordinating data collection and regulatory approval efforts of new trade and working capital products. The duo joins Barclays from U.K.’s Standard Chartered Bank, where Zabarte served as global head of receivables and local corporate product management and Ow managed global transaction banking capital management strategy.
