The Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS) has invested a total of $1.07 billion in seven portfolios, Pensions & Investments reports. The system has committed around $600 million in real estate funds, which includes up to $300 million to the Blackstone Real Estate Partners VII, $200 million to the Carlyle Realty Partners VI and $100 million to the DRA Growth & Income Fund VII.
It has also invested up to $220 million in private equity portfolios, including $100 million to the Capital International Private Equity Fund VI, $70 million to the Milestone Partners IV and $50 million to the Orchid Asia V. The $51.2 billion system has also committed around $250 million to the Palmetto Fund.
