Asset allocation services provider Ibbotson Associates Australia has unveiled a new alternatives fund, Investor Daily reports. The Ibbotson Diversified Alternatives Trust will give investors liquid and cost-effective exposure to the asset class. The fund will be managed by an alternatives team, led by Ibbotson head of alternatives Michael Coop. The fund will use instruments, such as global listed infrastructure, hedge fund beta, commodities and insurance-linked securities.
