Invista Real Estate Investment Management Holdings did not reach a deal to sell its IREIM subsidiary to a consortium.

Invista Real Estate Investment Management Holdings (IREIM) did not reach a deal to sell its IREIM subsidiary to a consortium, Fund Strategy reports. The firm was in discussions with a consortium comprising the two real estate funds and a management team headed by Duncan Owen, the former CEO of the holding company and current CEO of the investment management subsidiary. The agreement could not be reached due to the terms of the deal and accordingly exclusive discussions have now been terminated. IREIM is the investment management unit of IREIM Holdings, a listed company which runs the £177.4 million Invista Foundation Property Trust and the £119.7 million Invista European Real Estate Trust.
