CalPERS has named communications veteran Robert Glazier as deputy executive officer for external affairs. He will succeed Patricia Macht and work under existing CEO Anne Stausboll.
Glazier will be responsible for managing the pension fund’s public affairs, governmental affairs and stakeholder relations programs. He has previously served at Business, Transportation and Housing Agency as deputy secretary of external affairs.
