GAIN Capital Holdings has appointed Diego Rotsztain as executive vice president and general counsel. In his new role, he will provide counsel on transactions, capital market activities, securities law, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Rotsztain will also serve as corporate secretary and support the board of directors and its committees. Prior to joining the online trading services provider, Rotsztain served as a partner at Mayer Brown in New York.
