London-based Islamic bank, Gatehouse, has acquired a manufacturing and logistics facility near Glasgow in a £52.7 million deal, The Scotsman reports. The site was bought from a fund managed by investment banking and private equity group, Evans Randall.
The manufacturing site is leased to U.K. manufacturer of luxury automobiles, Roll Royce. The company has a 17-year lease on the site at Inchinnan, where it makes parts for aeroplane engines.
