Ingalls & Snyder has appointed Richard Popp as its new general counsel. Most recently, he was working as general counsel and chief compliance officer of Schultze Asset Management.
Before Schultze, Popp served as an assistant general counsel at Marwood Group, a financial services firm that manages funds of funds. Ingalls & Snyder is an independent investment management firm based in New York.
