Gramercy has appointed Stephen LaVersa as head of business development (BD) and client service. Based in the firm’s Greenwich office, LaVersa will expand the client solutions advisory and business development teams as well as enhance the firm’s client facing capabilities. The position is new.

Previously, LaVersa was co-founder and managing partner of Tower Lane Partners, an outsourced business development firm that specializes in the alternative asset management sector. He has also previously worked with FrontPoint Partners, Goldman Sachs and Federated Investors.
