International investment company Henderson Global Investors and UK-based financial adviser Sesame Bankhall have jointly started a new investment unit, Optimum Investment Management, What Investment reports. Optimum will offer a variety of multi-asset and multi-manager funds which will be run by Tony Lanning, director of Henderson’s multi-manager operations.
Helen Bradshaw from Henderson’s multi-manager team will be Lanning’s deputy in this operation. According to Sesame, these low-cost vehicles would allow investors to mix and re-calibrate their portfolios to exactly match their risk appetite.
