Walter Conn, chairman of Charles Dunn Co., has purchased the remaining 50 percent stake in the Pacific Financial Center office tower in Los Angeles for $50 million, GlobeSt reports. The seller was from Florida-based Equity One. Through the sale, Conn has now become full owner of the 17-story office tower.
John Anthony of Charles Dunn represented Conn in the transaction, while the seller was represented by Kevin Shannon of CB Richard Ellis. The building is nearly 93 percent occupied by tenants, including Lend Lease, Gerald J. Sullivan & Associates and CP Document Technologies.
