The BlackRock U.K. Property Fund and LaSalle Investment Management are seeking to sell the Tower 42 office complex in London for $457 million, GlobeSt reports. The property had earlier been on the market in 2010 for $473 million, but a sale to Chinese Estates Group was canceled. The main tower is 95 percent occupied. Current tenants include Boston Technologies, Meditor Capital Management and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. The property is being marketed by Jones Lang LaSalle.
