U.K. hedge fund manager Rab Capital has sold its 7.3 percent stake in independent power producer Ipsa Group, Business Day reports. Rab Capital has sold stake to Sandton, Johannesburg-based Eskom. As a part of the deal, RAB Capital had sold 7.8 million ordinary shares of 2 pence per unit. The main asset of Ispa that has been sold is an 18-MW cogeneration plant in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal.
