Alcoa Foundation has appointed four new members to its board of directors. The foundation has named Ray Mitchell as vice president of Alcoa and president of Alcoa Power and Propulsion. Tim Myers has been appointed as president of Alcoa Wheel and Transportation Products and will take charge of forged wheels and aluminum structures. Bill O’Rourke will serve as vice president for sustainability and environment, health and safety (EHS) and manage corporate EHS functions, remediation EHS services and Alcoa’s sustainability function. Shannon Parks will be the project leader for environmental science and sustainable technology to head water research projects at Alcoa Technical Center.
