The $37.4 billion Illinois Teachers’ Retirement System (Illinois TRS), Springfield, is seeking to appoint transition managers, Pensions & Investments reports. The system has issued RFP for six managers.
J.P. Morgan, BlackRock, Morgan Stanley and State Street Global Markets were the transition managers on the approved list, as of December 31. Interested candidates are required to submit their proposals by Dec. 19, 2011.
