3i Group–backed property fund Indiareit Fund Advisors will soon begin marketing its $225 million commercial rental yield fund to overseas investors, Financial Express reports. Indiareit will commence roadshows by the end of October.
Indiareit is seeking to raise half of the total corpus from international investors, primarily from the Middle East and Singapore. The fund is controlled by industrialist Ajay Piramal and manages assets worth about $1 billion through various funds.
