An affiliate of Toronto/Florida–based North American Development Group has bought a regional, open air shopping center in Atlanta for $81.65 million.

An affiliate of Toronto/Florida–based North American Development Group has bought a regional, open air shopping center in Atlanta for $81.65 million, GlobeSt reports. The Edgewood Retail District has been sold by an affiliate of the Greensboro, North Carolina–based Bell Partners. The seller was represented by Casey Rosen and Chris Decoufle of CB Richard Ellis National Retail Investment Group. The property is 99 percent occupied by Target, Lowes Home Improvement, Kroger Supermarket, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond and Ross Dress for Less.
