C&J Energy Services has priced its initial public offering of 11.5 million shares of its common stock at $29 per share. The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Goldman, Sachs, JP Morgan and Citi are the combined book-runners for the deal, while Wells Fargo Securities, Simmons & Company International and Tudor, Pickering, Holt are the joint managers. The company has filed with U.S. regulators to raise $333.5 million through the IPO, adds Reuters.
